SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic

All orders within the U.S. are shipped via USPS with receipt confirmation and insurance. Domestic processing and shipping takes approximately 2-3 business days to be delivered.

International

International orders are shipped via FedEx with receipt confirmation and insurance. International processing and shipping takes approximately 7-10 business days to be delivered. All international customers are required to submit a signed and completed credit card authorization form. After you place your order, you will be contacted by a Customer Care Associate to furnish this information.

International shipments must clear customs. Customs rules and requirements vary from country to country. It is the customers responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees, duties or to arrange for any permits or special documents that may be required.

Shipping Terms

Products are shipped once your payment has cleared and processing is complete. Notification will be sent to your email address with a tracking number. No shipments are sent on weekends and holidays.

Tracking 

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your items have been shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order, please call Customer Care: (212) 520-6599. 

Shipping Delays

Bourne Elite Inc. is not responsible for shipment delays due to weather or other natural disasters. Please place your order far in advance to account for any delays that may occur.

Lost Package

If your package was lost in transit, please call Customer Care immediately (212) 520-6599. We will contact USPS to trace your package and start an investigation. If USPS determines your package lost, we will ship a replacement as soon as possible.
