RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds. Bourne Elite Luxury Hair Extensions undergo a quality assurance process to ensure that its free of imperfections. Thoroughly inspect your hair extensions, closures and frontals before you remove the tags and zip ties. If you received an item that is defective or different from what you ordered, please call Customer Care within 2 business days of receipt. We will exchange your hair extensions for the aforementioned reasons only. We must receive your exchangeable items within 7 business days of your purchase. Our Customer Care Associates will process your exchange if your hair extensions qualify for said transaction. Your exchange request will not be processed or accepted without contacting a Customer Care Associate first.

Please note: We do not exchange merchandise that is damaged or used by the customer. Bourne Elite Inc. has the right to refuse an exchange for the following reasons:

  • Your hair extensions are unravelled.  
  • Your hair extensions look used or worn.
  • Your hair extensions were bleached or dyed.
  • Your hair extensions have an odor.
  • Your hair extensions contain product(s).
  • Your hair extensions were chemically processed.
  • Your hair extensions have trimmed ends or cut wefts.
  • Your hair extensions are missing tags (partially or completely).
  • Your closure or frontal contains product(s), is missing tags (partially or completely)..was bleached, dyed, used or worn, chemically processed, trimmed, cut into pieces, has an odor.
  • Your hair extensions are noticeably altered in any way. Your frontal or closure is noticeably altered in any way.
  • Your exchangable items are not received within 7 business days of your purchase.

Limitation of Liability

Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, Bourne Elite Inc. is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Bourne Elite Inc. will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein.
